1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform.

    • The seller/merchant has initiated the shipping process.

    • The product is already out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 10 days of receipt.

  • The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant checks and determines the same at its end.

  • If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.


3. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For complaints regarding products covered under manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.


4. Refunds

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited via UPI payment mode or the original method of payment (as applicable).

  • After 30 days, you will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only items found defective or damaged will be considered for replacement (based on your exchange request).


2. Non-Returnable Items
