  • Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/post office norms and may vary depending on your location.

  • Gentex Digital Promotions Private Limited shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Address

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • If there are any shipping charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, they will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable even if the order is cancelled or returned.
